Description
===========
Dwemeric-Aldmeric is a Windows TrueType font containing the known Dwemeric and Aldmeric glyphs for use as a modding resource.

Details
=======
This font contains two scripts: Dwemeric (the Dwemeris script) and Aldmeric (the Aldmeris/Ayleid script). All of the Dwemeric glyphs and most of the Aldmeric glyphs have been derived from TES: Redguard, TES: Morrowind, and TES: Oblivion. While several Aldmeric glyphs are still a mystery, all known Aldmeric glyphs have recognizable Dwemeric counterparts, so I have done my best to recreate the missing Aldmeric glyphs based on their known Dwemeric cousins.

Because neither Dwemeric or Aldmeric have a separate upper/lower case, I have included both scripts in the same font, with Aldmeric accessible via lower case and Dwemeric accessible via upper case. I may split these into two separate fonts later, especially if I ever get around to generating puncuation for them. For the moment, only letters and numerals are present in this font.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
This font is based on the Dwemeris font by Steven Deffeyes (aka dongle). While Steven is obviously a skilled fontographer, I am very much an amateur at this sort of thing. Therefore, the glyphs I have added to this font may not have the same quality as his original glyphs. This is usually only noticeable when the fonts are viewed on-screen at small scales, but it is noticeable nonetheless, so please forgive me.

Also, I have attempted several times to get permission from Steven Deffeyes to use his font as the basis for this mod, but I have gotten no reply. Therefore, I am tentatively going ahead and distributing this font as-is. However, if Steven ever contacts me in the future requesting I no longer use his font, I will remove this mod until such time as I can recreate the entire font myself (and hopefully by that time my fontography skills will have improved).

This font was modified with FontCreator for Windows and saved in Windows TrueType format, so I cannot vouch for how it will look on a Mac, Linux, or other system... the keymaps may be all out-of-whack, glyphs may be missing... you get the picture. Also, since I'm a newb at fontography, there may even be problems with the font in Windows. If so, please let me know and I'll do my best to fix them. Finally, if there are any skilled fontographers who would like to volunteer their time and effort in cleaning up this font (or even expanding it), please don't hesitate to let me know... I'd love to make this a top-notch font for TES modders everywhere!
