To change the behavior of Streamline and its features, you can
do so by editing the sl.ini file, located in:
"\Oblivion\Data\Streamline\INI Files\sl.ini"

FOR THE OPEN BETA: you may refer directly to the file included
named "4-Quik Config.txt", as it has some condensed instructions
on configuring Streamline for the first time.

There are notes included inside the INI file that can help you
configure it to your tastes. If that isn't enough information or
you need more, there are two places you can look:

  1) The Streamline 3.1 PDF file included in this package. It can
be found in the "\Streamline\Documentation" folder that you
just copied to your Data directory. It is lengthy, has both
easy and detailed sections depending on what kind of info
you need to get out of it, and has graphic examples in many
areas. It should be the **FIRST** place you look when
     configuring the sl.ini file.

Note that the PDF file is NOT present in the Open Beta
version of this package. It will be added when it is ready.

  2) The Streamline main menu (in-game) which can be accessed with
rCTRL-Home. Virtually every menu under the Main one has a
[Help] button available, that can give you more detail about
what certain things on that menu do. You can also choose
the Special Actions Menu, and click on Streamline Tome of
Knowledge, which is meant to be a somewhat detailed in-game
     help file.

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you take some time to go through
the sl.ini file first, setting options you know you would like to
use there first. Settings in the ini are the most permanent and
will carry across to new games that use Streamline.

Changes made via the in-game menu will be saved with that game
ONLY, and not in new games, or older games.

If you have questions about the mod or configuration options,
the Streamline thread on Bethsoft's Official Forums is the best
place to try and get help.

Please remember that Streamline is EXTREMELY flexible and
powerful, and may seem complicated to the first-time user.
The sl.ini is meant to be usable by beginners (the top section),
and power users (the top/bottom sections) depending on their
needs. If something doesn't make sense, just leave it as is or
consult one of the help documents.

If you think your installation got messed up somehow, you can
easily fix it: Disable the mod first, then load a savegame and
re-save it. This creates what people call a "clean save" that
has no mod info in it regarding Streamline. Then delete the
Streamline ESP and \Streamline folders, and re-copy those that
came with the package. Re-do any configuration edits to the
sl.ini file you made, and restart the game. The mod will
initialize itself automatically and you can just start over
using it.

** THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT **
If you make changes to the sl.ini file after you have
installed and played with Streamline active, you will
need to initalize the mod with the new sl.ini values for
them to take effect. You can do this in the SL Main Menu
by choosing the "Special Actions" button, and choosing
    the Re-Initialize option.
