ReadMe: Khajiits Be All That You Can Be

SUMMARY: this mod expands the choices of khajiit varieties, classes and third person vanity faces during character creation (it does not change the khajiit npc's placed in-game by Bethesda). The player has four khajiit varieties and three new classes to choose from:

	1. Cathay-raht with an optional Strong Claws class
	2. Ohmes-raht with an optional Burglar class
	3. Pariah with an optional Grifter class
	4. Suthay-raht which are basically unchanged from Morrowind except in name and an increase in facial choices

The above are the result of a compilation of khajiit art work from other's plug-ins that have in some cases been modified or mixed and matched with each other or the author's work. The design of attributes, skill bonuses and specials for each new khajiit variety are based on the descriptive and statistical information from Bethesda's strategy guides and The Imperial Library.

DESCRIPTIONS AND CREDITS:
1. Cathay_raht:The Cathay-raht, also known as 'Jaguar-Men', are the largest of the khajiiti bipedal forms. They are traditionally raised and trained as warriors by the clan-pride elders. Their strength and stature are of heroic proportions in keeping with the khajiiti title for this warrior class which can be literally translated in Talmeric as 'Strong Clawed Bringers Of Violence To Clan Foes' or 'Strong Claws' for short. They are direct and prone to action with their Secunda's Wrath attack power.

Cathay-raht are intensely loyal to their clan, and this generally keeps them within their homeland unless they've been cut adrift by a clan defeat or vendetta forcing them into the role of a swashbuckling adventurer in the more civilized provinces of The Empire.

1a. Class Option: The Strong Claws or 'Strong Clawed Bringers Of Violence To Clan Foes' are the khajiiti clan-pride warriors. They are typically but not necessarily of the Cathay-raht khajiit variety, and trained since childhood to be adept with blades and bows as well as claws. A
Cathay-raht Strong Claw with his Secunda's Wrath power can be an awesome force of violence that is best to avoid rather than to unleash.

1b. Credits and Sources: Sabregirl's 'NewKhajiit'plug-in is the source of the jaguar face textures. The articles "Khajiit Physiology, Phases and
Forms"and "The Elsweyr Confederacy" from the Imperial library provided the basis for designing the Cathay in the TES CS.

2. Ohmes-raht: The Ohmes-raht are the Daggerfall khajiiti. Human or elvish in appearance but slightly smaller with light fur and a tail. The Ohmes-raht is less powerful and agile than the Cathay-raht and the Suthay-raht but is none the less a well-rounded character with high endurance, a unique 'Keirgo Climber' spell for getting into otherwise inaccessible places and the only khajiit variety able to wear boots and helmets. Their thieving skills combined with their climbing ability makes them especially suited to the role of burglar.

2a. Class Option: The burglar is an expert at the undetected entry into a secured area and the extraction of the valuables contained therein. The
term 'Cat Dancer' is a polite euphemism for a skillful khajiit burglar and 'second-story man'. Many Ohmes-raht khajiits have earned this sobriquet
due to their special Keirgo Climber' ability.

2b. Credits and Sources: Sniper Daria's 'Suthay-raht' plug-in is the source for the truly wonderful tatooed faces and hair styles. In turn
Sniper gives credit to the following persons for the faces and hair:

Original face and hair models by Rhedd.
Original face and hair textures by Allerleirauh.

The neck and tail meshes/textures came from Agouti's "Daggerfall Khajiit" plug-in. Agouti gives the following credits:

Original meshes and textures by Rhedd and Allerleirauh.
Original textures also by Sandra Anderson.
		Meshes also done by Karstux.
		Meshes also done by Maborishi.
Textures also done by the guy who did female body,I don't know who did it.

The Ohmes-raht design is based on the Daggerfall rule book and strategy guide. The special climbing ability of Daggerfall is simulated here
by combining jump and slowfall spells into the Kerigo Climber.

3. Pariah: The Pariah is not a khajiit variety as determined by the phases of the Mother Moons. The Pariah is an aged pride or clan member of status who has been deposed by a younger rival. In response the Pariah has embraced the cleverness or desparate genius that marks the trickster spirit of the thief and beggar. His last minute plans, born of equal measures of luck and guile, always upset the machinations of his enemies. The Pariah makes a poor fighter but an excellent Grifter, able to use luck and personality along with two special powers - the Three Card Monte (telekinesis) and the Gambler's 5th Ace (boost luck) - to gain levels rapidly.

3a: Class Option: Grifters are a subclass of rogue. Like the rogue they are adventurers and opportunists with a gift for getting into and out of trouble. Relying variously on charm and misdirection, balderdash and business sense, they thrive in an urban environment where their combination of luck, speechcraft and mercantile skills can quickly accumulate experience points and wealth without the unnecessary risk, time and trouble associated with adventurers of a more combative or magickal nature. Khajiit Pariahs make excellent grifters due to their blend of exceptional luck and personality skills.

3b: Credits and Sources: Sabregirl's 'NewKhajiit'plug-in was the source of the male face before I added 'battle damage'. Everything else is pure Bethesda aged by the author using Paint Shop Pro X. Briefly, the Pariah was inspired by the Imperial Library's description of Baan Dar's pariah aspect as the trickster spirit of thieves and beggars. I couldn't resist adding a down at the heels charlatan and confidence man.

4. Suthay-raht: No changes to Bethesda's Morrowind Khajiit except for the name and the addition of additional faces and hair styles from Sabregirl's "NewKhajiit" and Detritus' "Khajiit Faces v2"

TECHNICAL STUFF

1. There is one minor scripting change so that the magic menu is not available until after the player discusses his duties with Sellus Gravius (prevents an Ohmes-raht player from leaving the Census and Excise Office by climbing over the wall).

2. Plug-in cleaned with TESAME and GMST's removed.

3. All characters play tested on my laptop and my wife's desktop, both running Windows XP
